We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation and roll-out of a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across the CEE region. The successful candidate will oversee all project phases. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and navigate the complexities of ERP/MES integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and roll-out of the MES system across multiple sites in the CEE region (Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bosnia)
- Develop and execute detailed project plans for multiple site locations including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Facilitate communication between business key users and the technical team, ensuring alignment of project goals and expectations.
- Participate in and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and Go-Live activities, ensuring onsite presence as required.
- Prepare and present progress reports to the steering committee and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with the program owner and other senior leaders to align project outcomes with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large regional-scale program/project
- Excellent command of English (C1 level).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for critical project phases such as UAT and Go-Lives.
- Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus.
